Taurus Financial Planning provides financial planning, tax planning and investment guidance to high-earning professionals for a flat-fee: no commissions, no asset-based fees, no requirement to transfer your accounts, just high quality, unbiased advice.

My name is Mark Chisenhall, CFA and I’m the founder of Taurus Financial Planning.
To understand what makes this firm different, it helps to know why I started it in the first place.
The best version of wealth management helps clients navigate (and benefit from) financial markets on their journey toward achieving their numerous financial goals. It involves a balanced mix of analytical rigor, problem-solving and relationship-building.
However, too often, the industry often prioritizes sales and business development above providing the high-quality wealth management necessary to help clients financially succeed. This is understandable from a business perspective. The industry struggles with high client acquisition costs as well as profitably scaling the services that are truly valuable to clients. As a result, firms attempt to maximize profits on current clients with high client-to-advisor ratios, one-size fits all model portfolios, and oversimplified, generic advice. There is a better version of wealth management.
I started Taurus Financial Planning to create a firm that strives to provide clients with the best version of wealth management. A firm that prioritizes the analytical rigor, customization and strong client relationships necessary to help clients successfully navigate the financial markets to reach their own unique goals.

About the Founder
Mark Chisenhall, CFA, MBA
Mark, a CFA Charterholder, brings a wealth of experience from both large institutions like Goldman Sachs and boutique investment firms in New York and Dallas. He holds an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, a B.S. from Arizona State University, and an M.A. in International Studies from Denver University. Now based in Northwest Arkansas, Mark applies his deep financial expertise to help clients navigate wealth management with confidence. Outside of TFP, he enjoys reading, tending to his garden, and traveling with his family.
